    Meanwhile, Wayne looked pretty down as he was spotted out separately to Coleen picking up coffees while in sportswear and still wearing his wedding ring. Coleen has removed her ring before when going to the gym, but no doubt she's aware that all eyes would be on her at a time like this. 
    She had chosen to paint her nails Valentine's red, perhaps showing all is not lost? 
    Coleen was dressed casually for her outing, stepping out in black workout gear and a red baseball jacket. 
    She carried a Chanel bag in hand which had a pink package sticking out and may have been a Valentine's treat.

    A source close to the couple told the site: 'Wayne has been here before. In 2016 after England's humiliating Euros exit to Iceland, he sought help from a professional counsellor for regular sessions to help him overcome his problems.
    'He boozes because of ongoing issues he's been dealing with his whole adult life.
    'And Coleen feels Wayne needs to receive more treatment to prevent the threat of complete self-destruction — and salvage their marriage.'
