The night before returning to work, Gemma posted a series of Instagram videos, revealing the physical changes she has been going through over the past few weeks.
Revealing that she was heading for a session with her personal trainer in the morning, Gemma explained how she's scaled back her intense fitness regime, and has had to contend with morning sickness.
'I'm back training tomorrow. Loads of you have messaged me asking since I've been pregnant am I still training and the answer is yes,' she told the camera.
Picking her up: After her co-presenters threw her a mini baby shower on air, Gemma was helped by Gorka to carry all of her gifts to the car
'Obviously I'm not doing the same kind of workouts as I was doing because you have to adjust and every pregnancy is different. The first few weeks I didn't really do anything because I didn't feel very well and I've just listened to my body.'
'I've started yoga which I'm really enjoying. The main thing is my food, I've wanted to eat more nutritious stuff than before because I'm just aware that it ain't just about me anymore. I'm just a kind of carrier for this little being and I need to keep healthy.'
While she admitted some days she's been enjoying green juice and keen to get in the gym, most days she's been having strong cravings for carbs.

'I am liking the bread at the minute, I'm eating a lot of bread. It's tough though, I take my hat off to women who have done this more than once because it's really hard at times but I am loving it.'
'Some days I'm like green juice and training and then others, mostly these days, where I've been sick in the morning I'm like "Gorka go get me some pasta, tiger bread, smother it in Lurpak, leave me on the couch, don't even look at me."'

She added that she's no longer worried about beating personal bests during her workouts, instead it's 'literally it's about maintaining my health and hopefully please god have a healthy, healthy baby. '
Gemma told fans on Saturday that she is 'very much in love' as she thanked her followers for their messages following her pregnancy announcement.
Gorka, 28, wrote an equally emotional post as he hailed their unborn baby as 'the greatest gift in life' when he thanked Gemma, 34, on Instagram on Friday.

With the other pup wearing a sign saying: 'We're going to be big brothers!', both Gemma and Gorka shared the same image while revealing their excitement.
