In the Showstopper category, Cocoba's Milk Chocolate Toffee Easter Egg scored 78/100 for its 'deep milky flavour,' but although you get a lot of bang for your buck at its biggest version, it isn't cheap (£49.95 for 2kg).
Last year's overall winner Booja-Booja retains its crown as the best in the FreeFrom category, with its Almond & Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Truffles (£24.99 for 138g) garnering 72/100.
Sainsbury's aced the Kids Character category with its charming Bunny with Carrot offering (£3 for 150g), which charmed tasters with its smooth texture and caramelised flavour, scoring 76/100.
Caroline Bloor, Consumer Affairs Director for Good Housekeeping says:
'Our blind test aims to help consumers narrow their choice when it comes to their all-important sweet treat for Easter, especially with so many options available. In our biggest test yet, with prices from typically from £3 - £50, we know there's something for everyone. From giant eggs with wow factor to boozy and free-from chocolate, we've seen some real innovation this year!'
